Cathy Christiansen
- Cathy is a member of the Virginia State Bar (Real Property Law and Estate & Trust Law Sections), as well as a member of the Prince William County Bar Association and the Prince William County Association of Realtors.
Jerry L. Erickson
- Jerry is the firm's managing partner and senior attorney in the firm’s Immigration Section. He has practiced law for over twenty years and represents clients in numerous complex areas of immigration law.
Patrick Foltz
- Pat is an associate and practices in the areas of criminal, DUI, traffic and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Pat gained extensive knowledge and significant experience while clerking for
Judge Craig D. Johnston with the
Prince William County Circuit Court.
Anna Ludwikowski
- Anna is an associate attorney in the Immigration Section of the law firm. Anna has practiced law in the Washington, D.C. area since 2005. She has represented business professionals in employment based petitions and individuals in family petitions.
Amy McCullough
- Amy is an associate and she practices in the areas of civil litigation and adult guardianship. She practices in both the General District and Circuit Courts of Virginia. As a litigator, she has represented individuals and business clients on cases including landlord-tenant issues, collections, breaches of contract, and a wide variety of real estate disputes. She is also qualified by the Supreme Court of Virginia as a Guardian ad Litem for Incapacitated Adults, and serves often in this capacity as well as representing families in cases involving incapacitated adults.
Justin Parsons
- Justin is an associate attorney in the Immigration Section of the firm. He has significant experience with complex business immigration issues, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications.
Pargol Partovi
- Pargol is an associate attorney in the Immigration Section of the law firm. She has experience with family and business immigration issues, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications.
Jan Roltsch-Anoll
- Jan practices in the SZE’s litigation section and is Of Counsel to the firm. She has practiced for over twenty years and represents clients in complicated business, commercial, estate and personal injury actions on both the trial and appellate levels. She practices in the Federal and State Courts in Northern Virginia as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court.
Timothy Szabo
- Tim has been a principal shareholder in the firm of Szabo, Zelnick, & Erickson, P.C. since its inception over two decades ago. His practice is strictly devoted to family law. He has been involved in hundreds of cases, many involving pension distribution and valuation of marital assets, child custody and support, relocation and divorce. His clients have included General officers of our Armed Forces, Judges of our courts, other professionals and a medley of other private litigants.
Robert Taylor
- Robert is an associate attorney in the firm’s Immigration Section. He has an extensive background in immigration and works primarily in assisting clients obtain immigrant and non-immigrant visas through employment.
Jennifer Weiss
- Jennifer practices exclusively in the area of domestic relations. This includes divorce, settlement negotiations, child support, child custody and visitation, pre-marital agreements, and step-parent adoptions.
Robert J. Zelnick
- Robert was admitted to the Virginia Bar, Real Estate and Construction Law Sections (1975), to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia (1976), to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit (1977), and to the U.S. Supreme Court (1979). He was appointed as Commissioner in Chancery, Prince William County Circuit Court.
