Cathy was born in Washington, D.C. in November 1948 and is a native of the local metropolitan area. She completed her undergraduate work at Mary Washington College in 1970 and graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 1994.
In addition to being a member of the Virginia State Bar (Real Property Law and Estate & Trust Law Sections), Cathy is also a member of the Prince William County Bar Association and the Prince William County Association of Realtors.
As an associate of Szabo, Zelnick & Erickson, P.C., Cathy’s practice is concentrated in Real Estate and Estate Planning.
