They may not give legal advice. Your clients deserve the best services available, including a complete explanation of the documents they are signing. Clients who understand their loan documents are less likely to initiate disputes with you in the future.
Good Faith Estimates Under New RESPA Rules
The new RESPA rules for preparing Good Faith Estimates and Settlement Statements are stringent. If you will provide us with a property address, sales price and loan amount, we will give you guaranteed fees for our “settlement services”.
Legal Resource
