Pat Foltz, the firm’s newest associate, joins the firm from Prince William County Circuit Court where he clerked for Judge Craig D. Johnston. He is handling traffic and criminal cases as well as assisting in debt collection, landlord/tenant, and real estate litigation actions.
Pat grew up in York, Pennsylvania and attended The College of William and Mary. He majored in History and English and graduated cum laude in 2003 with high honors in English. During his senior year he worked full-time for the Planning Division in James City County as Comprehensive Planning Intern and later as a Development Management Assistant. He moved to Arlington in 2005 to attend George Mason University School of Law.
During law school, Pat served was a member of the Moot Court Board as both a member of the highest competition team and as Managing Justice. He also worked as a staff member for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and taught legal writing as a Fellow in the LWRA program. Additionally, Pat served as Secretary of the Student Bar Association, Editor of the The Docket, and President of the GMU chapter of the Virginia Bar Association.
Pat volunteers with his law school’s Trial Advocacy and Moot Court Board organizations.
